Privacy Policy

Who we are

Our website address is: https://weeklyadhub.com.

Google and YouTube API Data

WeeklyAdHub may use Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to upload weekly ad videos, Shorts, thumbnails, captions, titles, descriptions, and related metadata to our authorized YouTube channel.

This functionality is used only by the site owner or authorized operator of WeeklyAdHub. Public website visitors cannot use this tool to upload videos or access YouTube account data through this website.

Google API Scopes We Use

WeeklyAdHub may request the following Google / YouTube permissions:

– https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl

These permissions are used only to upload videos, manage upload-related metadata, upload thumbnails, upload captions, and verify that the OAuth authorization is connected to the correct YouTube channel.

What Google Data We Access

When an authorized operator connects a YouTube account, WeeklyAdHub may access limited YouTube account and channel information needed to verify the authorized channel, such as channel ID, channel title, and upload status.

WeeklyAdHub may store upload-related records, such as video IDs, YouTube video URLs, upload status, thumbnail upload status, caption upload status, and related operational logs. These records are used to prevent duplicate uploads, troubleshoot upload errors, and maintain the video publishing workflow.

How We Use Google Data

We use Google and YouTube API data only to:

– Upload weekly ad videos and Shorts to our authorized YouTube channel.
– Upload video thumbnails and captions.
– Set video titles, descriptions, tags, privacy status, and related metadata.
– Verify that uploads are made to the correct YouTube channel.
– Maintain upload history and prevent duplicate uploads.
– Diagnose upload errors and maintain service reliability.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated analytics.

How We Store Google Data

OAuth tokens or API credentials, when used, are stored in a private and secure environment accessible only to the authorized site operator. They are not publicly visible on the website.

Upload history and operational logs may be retained as long as necessary to operate the publishing workflow, prevent duplicate uploads, troubleshoot errors, and maintain security.

How We Share Google Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data.

We do not share Google user data with third parties except where necessary to operate the requested YouTube upload functionality, comply with legal obligations, protect the security of the service, or as required by Google API policies.

Limited Use Disclosure

WeeklyAdHub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking Access

An authorized user may revoke WeeklyAdHub’s access to their Google Account at any time through Google’s permissions page:

https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

After access is revoked, WeeklyAdHub will no longer be able to upload videos or manage upload-related YouTube data through that authorization.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

If an authorized site operator connects a YouTube account, upload-related data may be sent to Google and YouTube through Google API Services for the purpose of publishing videos, thumbnails, captions, and related metadata.
